How do I return an item?
Return Policy
For a refund back to your credit card or PayPal account, items must be returned within 30 days and must be in new and unused and unaltered condition, and must contain all original packaging and accessories. Gift certificates and/or other items that carry financial value cannot be returned. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is due to our error. After a return has been received, it may take 1-2 weeks to process.
Please note that if you did receive free shipping on your order, $8 will be deducted from your return amount.
All sales on discontinued items are final. There will be no returns or exchanges on discontinued items.
